How does it work?
Let's say you're talking on the phone with your close friend, and they mention that they're having trouble making their mortgage payment because they just lost their job. That friend is a perfect candidate to sell their house. Or maybe your aunt just inherited a house that needs thousands of dollars in repairs in order to sell it. UGLY or IN NEED OF REPAIRS is okay!
Give us a call or send us an email with their contact information and the address of the property in the subject line.
We do not want homes listed by Realtors!
It can be for sale by owner, or even have no for sale sign, as long as you have contact information. Please do not send us for sale by owner website listings or realtor.com listings.
How do you get paid?
When we receive the information that you send us, we will go to start researching the property and set up a time to meet with the homeowner to discuss the purchase of their house. If we can come to an agreement with the seller, and we buy the house, we will send you a check for $500.00 when we close on the house!
